The objective of this seminar is to outline the main issues associated with "Aging Well" from a multidisciplinary perspective and to present the mechanisms (political, economic, social, legal, medical) that contribute to its promotion in France, discussing their benefits and limitations.

To do so, the seminar will address the following points:

• An overview of the semantic issues surrounding the concepts of "Aging Well" and "aging";
• Insights into the major themes of health promotion specific to "Aging Well":
  • Environmental and urban planning;
  • Social connections and mental health;
  • Rights and protection of the elderly.

The seminar will offer interdisciplinary sessions bringing together stakeholders from research, public institutions and agencies, actors in corporate social responsibility, and field professionals.

All students interested in the topics addressed during this day, regardless of their affiliated university and academic background, are welcome!

This seminar is specifically aimed at doctoral students in the Doctoral Network in Public Health, as well as all students and staff of the EHESP.

Academics, practitioners, field professionals, individuals committed to promoting "Healthy Aging," members of civil society, or simply those curious, we also hope to see you at our seminar!
